My first experience with Rite-Aid’s new program was slightly flawed. I saved a bunch but none of the Up rewards printed on my receipt and they just told me to call Corporate….nice customer service. At least CVS can override and print out the rewards.

I was thinking there should be some way to manually print out the +UP reward if it’s specified in the ad, for the specific product – yes one thing good with CVS is they can manually print out the ECB. So the manager was no help??

That should have been addressed by a supervisor. There is a policy for fixing a computer error in not printing out the +UPs, but it takes a little time on the associate’s part. Make sure if you are purchasing the same product multiple times to get +UPs that you separate your transactions. It will only do one +UP per transaction on the same product. USE your wellness card! If not, you don’t get the savings.

So the Philips Universal remote is $4.99 with card. I asked the cashier the price, and they said $9.99, but probably if you scan the card would be a different price.
