Rite Aid has officially rolled out it’s +UP reward for Wellness+!
Very similar to the CVS Extracare Card ECB program, where you’ll receive Rite Aid dollars after you brought qualifying items. To start receiving +UP reward, sign up for Rite Aid Wellness program.
Rite Aid is pushing it up a notch with +UP Rewards and Single Check Rebate (SCR) (see my Rite Aid Guide). Some features of the +UP Reward:
- Only one +UP Reward allowed, per qualifying products, per transaction – I don’t believe there’re limitations on the TOTAL number of +UP Reward allowed. (CVS allows multiple ECBs up to the ECB limit). There are, however, limits to the SCR allowed at Rite Aid.
- You can receive multiple +UP Rewards for the same product in different transactions
- You can “roll” the +UP Rewards (just like CVS’s ECBs), use it to buy the next item with +UP reward
I signed up for the Rite Aid Wellness program a while ago, and received the following:
- $5/$25 just for signing up
- Other coupons e.g. dollars off cosmetic, toiletries, etc
- Continued deals and coupons into your e-mail inbox.
- There are also different level of discount, even a Free Health Screening, when you accumulated enough purchase amount
The drugstore are borrowing each other’s best ideas, and that’s great for consumers!
