Aveeno is having this June-July Rebate: $10 Mail In Rebate when you buy $25 Aveeno Products (purchase by 7/18, mail by 7/31), exclude ageless vitality product.
For some reason, the originally form posted was replaced by Aveeno for the $20 vitality rebate, even though the graphic still indicates “$10 off” (thanks Yvonne for the alert!)
Luckily I still have the form in my computer so here it is – Aveeno $10 Mail In Rebate wyb $25 product!
Get Aveeno haircare FREE at CVS this week! I already submitted my rebate for the Free Aveeno Suncare at Rite Aid earlier (the form didn’t exclude suncare products)

Can you print the form from the link given above for the $10 off $25 of Aveeno or do you have to go in to get the form from CVS? Will Aveeno accept it if you print it from the link above?
Joy, the form in the post is the official form. You can get Aveeno products from anywhere (not just CVS) and submit for the rebate, as long as you meet the requirement (purchase amount, product types, dates, etc).

I submitted this rebate and was DENIED!! I purchased exactly as above, purchasing 25.96 in product and used four 1.50 coupons. The letter they sent me said I did not purchase 25 dollars worth…I’m wondering if they deducted the coupons?
Anyone know a phone number I can call? I found the original rebate form but it only has a mailing address.
