See updated post HERE. My Safeway $7 trip, in response to the Safeway March Frozen Food Catalina Promotion, from yesterday 2/28 (note – my Safeway does not have any of the Bertolli tagged with the special little blue “March Frozen Food” promo tag, weird since Bertolli is included in the ad. But I have confirmed that the Mediterranean style (with coupon!) is included. The Safeway coupon book expired 2/28 :(

Sara Lee Cake $3.99
(2) Bertolli Dinner $6.99
(2) Green Giant $2
(2) Toaster Strudel $2.5
Cuties Mandarin Oranges $3.97
Total = $30.94

-(2) $1/1 Bertolli Mediterranean Style Frozen Meals
-(2) $2/1 Bertolli Dinner Safeway Simple Affordable Meals coupon book
-$1/2 Green Giant Safeway Simple Affordable Meals coupon book
-.5/2 Green Giant printable or SS 2/21
-(4) $0.5/2 Green Giant Box Vegetables ecoupon (included unused e-coupon loaded previously)
-(2) $1/1 Toaster Strudel printable (IE) or printable (FF)
-$1/1 Sara Lee from my pumpkin pie package

Total coupons = $13.5

Total paid = $17.44, used $10 from P&G Safeway Catalina, get back $10 Catalina for next frozen food purchase (sorry that it’s B&W – scanner issue). You can keep “rolling” this catalina, i.e. use this $10 to pay for your next one!

Ashley, thanks for sharing what you did! I don’t think we had the lime green frozen food insert, I checked Sacramento Bee and Davis Enterprise, though maybe they only include it in specific areas where the newspaper is distributed. BOGO Family meal coupon is AWESOME!

I tried to use the -$1/1 Toaster Strudel coupon on the Toaster Scramble and was denied lol.
It was worth a shot though :)
