Locals: Pig Day at Davis Farmers Market 3/6

Tomorrow, 3/6 Saturday is the 20th Annual Pig Day Celebration at the Davis Farmers Market from 9am to 1 pm rain or shine!

  • Celebrate pigs, food and local agriculture. Pet baby pigs and check out farm animals raised by Davis High School’s Future Farmers of America.
  • Farm breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs, juice, proceeds benefiting local community, by the Yolo County Food Bank.
  • Make pig ears, faces and puppets at booths sponsored by Davis Parent Nursery School and Davis Community Church Preschool (also having their open house at the school site – across from the Farmers Market).
  • Pony rides, tight-rope walking juggler, Americana music
  • Vendors will offer pig pops, pulled pork sandwiches, pig cookies and more.
