The last time I was at another Safeway in town (which I don't go to anymore) a "head clerk" told me I can't use ANY printed coupon, can you believe it? You can use a coupon per item, not per transaction (which many stores still miss-interpret). Nowhere in their policy which says you cannot use the same coupon - they each have different bar-code.
