The are based in FL but shipping has always been fast. I usually get them within 2 days of ordering. Ofcourse for a 30 cent coupon, it may not be worth it.
Do you have friends/neighbors you could ask?
Tina: You can pick up extra Sunday coupon insert from your local library (if they save them – Davis do), ask friends, neighbors, family to save theirs for you, or order from coupon clipping sources or ebay, Dollar General sell Sunday paper for $1 (Sunday only), or order more than one copy of Sunday papers. I’ve even asked for Sunday coupons at Freecycle mail list

I wish we had a safeway around here, the closest one is like 50 miles.
