Esprit, a popular brand in Europe, is surprisingly high quality (considering their sale prices) – believe me since I order from them pretty often   Their style can be similar to Free People but hugely cheaper.

They offer free returns by mail and free shipping over $30, and $1.5 shipping per item for outlet store.

My trick: Order a couple sizes for each style and return the ones that don’t fit! Also go through ebates to get 7% cash back.
