I LOVE Esprit. The style is similar to H&M, Banana Republic and BCBG Max Mara, but more affordable than BCBG, higher quality than H&M, and fit better than Banana Republic. Extremely popular brand in Europe and Asia. Esprit at Macy’s store targets a much younger market, while their online store is more stylish.

The Esprit site offer free returns by mail and free shipping over $30, and $1.5 shipping per item. My trick: Order a couple sizes for each style and return the ones that don’t fit!

Good for you Laura.! When I was still working full time I received so much cash back from sites like Banana Republic, Gap, Esprit, ebags and other online shoe stores for my work wardrobe it’s pretty crazy. I don’t spend that much online anymore, but I made sure to go through ebates (one of the longest standing rebate sites) when I do. They also have occasional “double cash back” days during big holidays.
