“This workshop will teach you how to release and mobilize overly tight, knotted muscles using foam rollers and tennis balls. By applying just the right amount of pressure you will experience the satisfaction of “melting” the knots away. Tips and techniques for stretching tight backs, hamstrings and hips will be emphasized. The muscle release and stretching exercises presented are guaranteed to help the serious athlete develop and maintain supple, flexible muscles and healthy joints.”
