This is an excellent deal for a great starter Canon DSLR camera and 2 lenses! I brought the Canon Rebel XTi (10 instead of the XSi’s 12.2 MP) for $530 back in 2007, plus the IS kit lens (they’re giving out for free) for $154 – now you get those two, PLUS the 55-250 mm IS len for cheaper?  (BTW, IS stands for “image stabilization, to compensate for slight camera shaking).

Jump on this deal if you’re looking to get into DSLR, it won’t last long. Add the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens that I got (I use it for ALL my portrait shots and all of them turns out excellent), and you’re all set! It is a cheap lens but it took the best portrait photos. If you’re new to DSLR and don’t have time to learn to adjust the numerous settings – don’t worry. They have “portraits”, “sports” mode, etc, and all you need to point and shot – but the picture quality coming out from these camera would amaze you.
