Rite Aid‘s official coupon policy includes the following:
- Rite Aid accept all internet coupons as long as the value of the coupon is below $5.00 (as of March, 2009).
- You can stack one Rite Aid circular’s coupon with one manufacturer’s coupon, OR with one internet coupon
- You can use more than one internet coupon per transaction, with the limitation that EACH coupon be less $5 (the sign at the register clearly says “one internet coupon per ITEM” and not per TRANSACTION)
- Internet coupons must have a valid bar code that scans successfully into the register. Manual entry it not allowed
Rite Aid accepts these types of coupon:
- Manufacturer’s coupon (from Sunday newspaper inserts, magazines, by mail)
- Rite Aid store coupons, found in Rite Aid circulars
- Internet or print at home coupons
I’ve had my run-ins with the local Rite Aid with regards to coupon use. The corporate people I’ve e-mailed and had phone conversations with are all very courteous and understanding. In fact, they’re the ones who forwarded my info to the regional manager.
Just in case you run into problems, call 1800-RITE-AID. Also these are the people I’ve came into contact with:
- Customer support – Corey Robinson (crobinson@riteaid.com), Carrie Fry ( cfry@riteaid.com)
- Regional manager – Spencer Welsh, , from the Rite Aid regional headquarter in Vacaville, CA
